HiSAT-COT? 超小型　600mA DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器

XC9282系列是采用了HiSAT-COT來(lái)控制產(chǎn)品的600mA同步整流DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器。\n 由于工作頻率增加到高頻，使用0.47uH 1.0 x 0.5mm小型化線圈成為可能。本產(chǎn)品采用了0.6 x 0.3mm的陶瓷電容作為輸入電容(CIN）及輸出電容(CL)，成功將包含所有外圍元件的安裝面積控制在6.6 mm2。（圖1）\n 同樣由于高頻工作頻率，本產(chǎn)品縮小了安裝面積，也改善了導(dǎo)通電阻和消費(fèi)電流。與既往產(chǎn)品相比，保持了相同甚至更優(yōu)化的效率。（圖2）以上特點(diǎn)使得本產(chǎn)品適用于高度要求安裝面積小型化、薄型化的機(jī)器，以及移動(dòng)終端等電池驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)器。\n 另外HiSAT-COT的高速瞬態(tài) ·輸入電壓：2.5V～5.5V\n·輸出電壓范圍：0.7V～1.15V(±2.0%)1.2V～3.6V(±1.5%)\n·最大輸出電流：600mA\n·效率：89%(VIN=3.7V,VOUT=1.8V,IOUT=300mA)\n·控制方式：HiSAT-COT ControlPWM/PFM 自動(dòng)切換\n·保護(hù)機(jī)能：過(guò)電流Limit\n·輸入/輸出電容：陶瓷電容\n·操作環(huán)境溫度：- 40℃ ～ + 105℃\n·環(huán)保相關(guān)：對(duì)應(yīng)EU RoHS 指令、無(wú)鉛;
