XC6207 | 高速\Green Operation\ LDO，帶CE功能 XC6207系列是高精度,低噪聲,高速度,帶有Green Operation（GO）功能，采用CMOS生產(chǎn)工藝的低壓差LDO電壓調(diào)整器。這個(gè)系列內(nèi)部包括一個(gè)參考電壓源，一個(gè)誤差放大器，電流限制器，和相位補(bǔ)償電路。\n\n 根據(jù)負(fù)載電流大小值的變化，GO功能通過(guò)在高速和節(jié)能兩種不同模式之間的自動(dòng)切換，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)高速,低功耗,高效率。對(duì)應(yīng)GO功能切換點(diǎn)的負(fù)載電流值已經(jīng)在芯片內(nèi)部被設(shè)定。如果僅需要高速工作模式時(shí)，通過(guò)在芯片的GO引腳端子輸入高電平就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此芯片在不同的工作應(yīng)用條件下有著合適的消耗電流。\n\n CE功能允許電壓調(diào)整器的輸出被關(guān)斷，可極大的減少功率損耗。對(duì)于XC6207B/D ·工作溫度范圍：-40℃～85℃\n·低ESR電容：陶瓷電容\n·最大輸出電流：對(duì)應(yīng)300mA(380mA限流:TYP)\n·輸入輸出電壓差：120mV@IOUT=100mA\n·工作電壓范圍：2.0V～6.0V\n·輸出電壓范圍：1.2V～5.0V(50mV間隔)\n·高精度：±2%(HS時(shí)、:VOUT>1.5V)；+2%,-3%(PS時(shí)、VOUT>1.5V)；±30mV(HS時(shí)、VOUT≦1.5V)；+30mV,-45mV(HS時(shí)、VOUT≦1.5V)\n·低消耗電流：5.5μA(TYP.)(PS時(shí))、50μA(TYP.)(HS時(shí))\n·待機(jī)電流：0.1μA以下\n; | Torex 特瑞仕 | Torex | |
