DESCRIPTION
The μPD64A and 65 feature low-voltage 2.0 V operation, and incorporate a carrier generator for infrared remote control transmission, a standby release function through key entry, and a programmable timer, making them ideal for infrared remote control transmitters. A one-time PROM product, the μPD6P5 is also available for program evaluation or small-quantity production.

? Stack levels: 1 (stack RAM is also used for data memory RF)
? I/O pins (KI/O): 8
? Input pins (KI): 4
? Sense input pin (S0, S2): 2
? S1/LED pin (I/O): 1 (when in output mode, this is the remote control transmission display pin.)
? Power supply voltage: VDD = 2.0 to 3.6 V
? Operating ambient temperature: TA = –40 to +85°C
? Oscillation frequency: fX = 2.4 to 8 MHz
? On-chip POC circuit
