TMP61屬于傳感器變送器的溫度傳感器-PTC熱敏電阻。由德州儀器制造生產(chǎn)的TMP61溫度傳感器 - PTC 熱敏電阻正溫度系數(shù) (PTC) 熱敏電阻溫度傳感器是隨著溫度升高而呈現(xiàn)出電阻增加的器件。與許多其他溫度傳感器類型相比,熱敏電阻產(chǎn)生的輸出信號(hào)相對(duì)較大且易于測(cè)量,但它們往往具有不穩(wěn)定且不適合精確溫度測(cè)量的特征。PTC 熱敏電阻尤其適合于過(guò)熱檢測(cè)應(yīng)用,并且通常表現(xiàn)出明顯的非線性溫度-電阻關(guān)系,因此可用于檢測(cè)不精確的“高”溫條件,但不適于進(jìn)行精確測(cè)量。

3 Description
Get started today with the Thermistor Design Tool,
offering complete resistance vs temperature table (RT
table) computation, other helpful methods to derive
temperature and example C-code.
Linear thermistors offer linearity and consistent
sensitivity across temperature to enable simple and
accurate methods for temperature conversion. Low
power consumption and a small thermal mass
minimize the impact of self-heating. With built-in
failsafe behavior at high temperatures and powerful
immunity to environmental variation, these devices
are designed for a long lifetime of high performance.
The small size of the TMP6 series also allows for
close placement to heat sources and quick response
times.
Take advantage of benefits over NTC thermistors
such as no extra linearization circuitry, minimized
calibration, less resistance tolerance variation, larger
sensitivity at high temperatures, and simplified
conversion methods to save time and memory in the
processor.
The TMP64 is currently available in a 0402 footprintcompatible
X1SON package and a 0603 footprintcompatible
SOT-5X3 package.
