RTQ2533W 是具有 3A 負載能力的超低壓差（最大 180mV@3A）、超低噪聲（6.8μVRMS）線性穩(wěn)壓器，其輸入電壓最低可達 1.1V，輸出電壓可用 PCB 連線的方式進行最高可達 3.95V 的設定，更高的輸出電壓則需使用外接電阻分壓器進行設定。RTQ2533 的低噪聲、高 PSRR 和大電流負載能力使其成為模擬-數(shù)字轉換器（ADC）、數(shù)字-模擬轉換器（DAC）和 RF 射頻元件等噪聲敏感器件供電的理想選擇，又因高輸出精度、遙測能力和可以降低沖擊電流的軟啟動能力而成為 FPGA、DSP 和 ASIC 等數(shù)字器件的理想供電器件。RTQ2533 還具有易于進行時序控制的使能控制輸入和 輸入電壓范圍：1.1V~6.5V\n支持兩種輸出電壓設定模式?0.8V~5.5V，用電阻分壓器設定?0.8V~3.95V，用 PCB 連線設定\n全輸入、負載和溫度范圍內的輸出電壓精度：1%\nPSRR：40dB@500kHz\n卓越的噪聲抑制能力?6.8μ[email protected]?10μ[email protected]\n最小輸入-輸出電壓差：180mV@3A\n使能控制\n可調軟啟動\n可與 47μF 或更大陶瓷輸出電容配合穩(wěn)定工作\n符合 RoHS 規(guī)范，不含鹵素;
