雙通道, 低阻值負載開關

RT9745A 是一個具有致能腳位、小體積、超低 R_ON 的雙通道負載開關。產(chǎn)品內(nèi)含兩個 N-MOSFET，可操作在輸入電壓范圍從0.8V至5.5V，且單一通道最大電流可輸出6A。每一個開關皆獨立由致能腳位(EN1和EN2)控制，可直接和低電壓控制訊號連接。RT9745A 提供WDFN-14TL 3x2 封裝。 ? 集成雙通道負載開關\n? 超低 RON 阻抗 ?
