RT9178 | 200mA 超低噪聲, 超快速, 低壓差線性穩(wěn)壓器 RT9178 是針對射頻與無線應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化的高性能低壓差線性穩(wěn)壓器,輸出噪聲極低,靜態(tài)電流消耗很小,有專門用于噪聲消減的端子。即便是在直通狀態(tài)下,其電流消耗也僅是輕微增加,對延長電池壽命有幫助。RT9178 可與低 ESR 的陶瓷電容配合穩(wěn)定工作,可在應(yīng)用中縮減空間占用,對空間狹小的掌上型無線應(yīng)用有幫助。RT9178 在關(guān)機(jī)模式下耗電少于 0.01μA,開機(jī)過程耗時低于 100μs,具有低壓差、高輸出精度、電流限制保護(hù)和高紋波抑制比等特性,其封裝為 SOT-23-5 。 ? 超低噪聲,適合射頻應(yīng)用\n? 快速啟動過程(典型值 100μs)\n? 低壓差: 200mV@200mA\n?
