          雙輸出, 300mA 低壓差線性穩(wěn)壓器 + 上電復(fù)位信號(hào)
          RT9012是雙輸出、低噪聲、低壓差的 300mA 線性穩(wěn)壓器，其輸出電壓范圍為 1.2V~3.5V ，輸入電壓范圍為 2.5V~5.5V。\n\nRT9012 的輸出電壓精度為 2%，具有極低的輸入輸出電壓降 (240mV@300mA) 和很低的靜態(tài)電流 (每路27μA)，其關(guān)機(jī)電流幾乎趨于0，是電池供電的便攜式設(shè)備的理想之選。它的保護(hù)功能包括電流限制、輸出短路保護(hù)和過(guò)溫保護(hù)。\n\nRT9012 采用了短路熱折回保護(hù)方式。當(dāng)因?yàn)檩敵龆硕搪?(VOUT < 0.4V) 而發(fā)生熱保護(hù)時(shí)，其過(guò)溫保護(hù)觸發(fā)溫度從165°C下調(diào)至110°C，為最終用戶提供最大限度的安全支持。\n\nRT901  ?  寬輸入電壓范圍：2.5V~5.5V\n?  無(wú)需使用噪聲旁路電容\n?
