          1.5MHz, 1A 同步 Buck 轉(zhuǎn)換器
          RT8010/A是高效同步Buck轉(zhuǎn)換器，負(fù)載能力1A，可在2.5V~5.5V輸入電壓范圍內(nèi)工作，特別適合單節(jié)鋰離子電池或類似電源供電的移動(dòng)電話、PDA和其他手持式設(shè)備使用。它可以PWM、低壓降的直通模式和關(guān)機(jī)模式工作，內(nèi)部使用低RDS(ON)同步整流開關(guān)，損耗低，效率高，無需外加肖特基二極管。\n\n當(dāng)普通的PWM工作模式不能維持輸出電壓的穩(wěn)定時(shí)，RT8010/A持續(xù)打開上橋P-MOSFET，使之進(jìn)入低壓降的直通模式工作。當(dāng)EN引腳被拉為低電平時(shí)，RT8010/A進(jìn)入關(guān)機(jī)模式，電流消耗下降至0.1μA以下。\n\n由于使用1.5MHz固定工作頻率，使用小封裝的濾波元件即  ? 輸入電壓范圍：2.5V~5.5V\n? 負(fù)載能力：1A\n? 無需使用肖特基二極管\n? 6引腳WDFN封裝和16引腳WQFN封裝\n? 符合RoHS規(guī)范，不含鹵素;
