描述 Description
Specially developed for extreme environments, the MCSO2EV is available at low frequencies from 10.0kHz to 20.0MHz. This rugged 3.3V oscillator offers extreme operating temperature range options, including -55 to +210°C, and features high shock and vibration resistance, perfect for extreme applications such as down-hole, avionics and geothermal designs.
The MCSO2EV has shock resistance of 10,000g (0.3ms, 1/2 sine) and vibration resistance of 80g (10.0~2,000Hz).
This miniature 5.0 x 3.2mm oscillator is available with SAC (Sn/Ag/Cu) tinned pad terminations, ideal for material-sensitive applications and manufacturing processes.
