MAX6414 | 低功耗、單/雙電壓、微處理器復(fù)位電路,可通過電容調(diào)節(jié)復(fù)位超時(shí)周期 MAX6412–MAX6420低功耗微處理器監(jiān)控電路可監(jiān)視1.6V至5V的系統(tǒng)電壓。一旦VCC電源電壓或RESET IN跌落到它的復(fù)位門限、或手動(dòng)復(fù)位輸入被置位,這些器件將產(chǎn)生復(fù)位信號(hào)。當(dāng)VCC和RESET IN上升到復(fù)位門限以上、手動(dòng)復(fù)位輸入被釋放時(shí),復(fù)位輸出將繼續(xù)保持一個(gè)復(fù)位延時(shí)周期的時(shí)間。復(fù)位延時(shí)可由外部電容設(shè)置,提供了更多的靈活性。\n\n MAX6412/MAX6413/MAX6414提供1.575V至5V的固定復(fù)位門限,級(jí)差約為100mV,帶有手動(dòng)復(fù)位輸入。MAX6415/MAX6416/MAX6417提供可調(diào)節(jié)的復(fù)位輸入,監(jiān)視電壓可低至1.26V;MAX6418/MAX ? 監(jiān)視1.6V至5V的系統(tǒng)電壓\n? 手動(dòng)復(fù)位輸入(MAX6412/MAX6413/MAX6414)\n? 雙電壓監(jiān)視器(MAX6418/MAX6419/MAX6420)\n? 3種RESET輸出選擇\n? 推挽式RESET\n? 確保VCC = 1V時(shí)復(fù)位有效\n? 微型SOT23-5封裝; | ADI 亞德諾 | ADI | |
