MAX6392 | 雙電壓微處理器監(jiān)控電路,帶有順序復(fù)位輸出 MAX6391/MAX6392微處理器(μP)監(jiān)控電路為多元件或雙電壓系統(tǒng)提供順序邏輯復(fù)位輸出。每個器件可以監(jiān)視兩路電源電壓和產(chǎn)生兩個順序復(fù)位輸出,用來控制系統(tǒng)部件的通、斷次序。與離散的IC或分離元件相比,MAX6391/MAX6392提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性、降低了電路的復(fù)雜度和成本。\n\n MAX6391/MAX6392監(jiān)視VCC主機(jī)電源,當(dāng)VCC跌落到所選擇的工廠預(yù)置復(fù)位門限以下時產(chǎn)生/RESET1和/RESET2復(fù)位。只要VCC低于門限,RESET1將保持復(fù)位狀態(tài),并且在VCC高于門限之后繼續(xù)維持復(fù)位140ms (最小)。\n\n RESET IN2用于監(jiān)視第二路復(fù)位電 ? 1.58V至4.63V預(yù)置VCC復(fù)位門限(主機(jī)電源)\n? 固定(最小140ms) /RESET1延時\n? 確保VCC = 1V時復(fù)位有效\n? 內(nèi)部漏極開路上拉電阻(用于連接外部VOH電壓)\n?
