低成本、低功耗、8位DAC，帶有2線串行接口，SOT23封裝

MAX5380/MAX5381/MAX5382均為低成本、8位數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器(DAC)，采用微型5引腳SOT23封裝，具有簡(jiǎn)單的2線串行接口，支持與多個(gè)器件進(jìn)行通信。MAX5380內(nèi)置+2V基準(zhǔn)電壓源，采用+2.7V至+3.6V電源供電。MAX5381內(nèi)置+4V基準(zhǔn)電壓源，采用+4.5V至+5.5V電源供電。MAX5382在+2.7V至+5.5V的整個(gè)電源范圍內(nèi)工作，內(nèi)部基準(zhǔn)電壓等于0.9 x VDD。\n\n 快速模式I2C兼容串行接口支持以高達(dá)400kbps的數(shù)據(jù)速率進(jìn)行通信，有效地減少了電路板空間并降低了許多應(yīng)用中的互連復(fù)雜性。每個(gè)器件都具有四個(gè)工廠預(yù)設(shè)地址之一（請(qǐng)參見“選型指南” ? 8位精度，采用微型5引腳SOT23封裝\n? 寬電源電壓范圍：+2.7V至+5.5V (MAX5382)\n? 低電源電流：230μA（最大值）\n? 關(guān)斷模式下為1μA\n? 緩沖輸出可驅(qū)動(dòng)阻性負(fù)載\n? 低毛刺上電復(fù)位至零DAC輸出\n? 快速I2C兼容串行接口\n? 滿量程誤差<±5% (MAX5382)\n?
