          MAX507/MAX508是完整的12位、電壓輸出數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器(DAC)。DAC輸出電壓和基準電壓源具有相同的極性，采用單電源供電。兩個DAC均內(nèi)置嵌入式齊納基準電壓源。將DAC、電壓輸出放大器和基準電壓源集成在一個單片器件上可大大提高多芯片電路的可靠性。雙緩沖邏輯輸入可與微處理器(μP)輕松接口。對于16位μP，數(shù)據(jù)從12位寬數(shù)據(jù)總線(MAX507)傳輸?shù)捷斎爰拇嫫?，對?位或16位μP，數(shù)據(jù)以右對齊(8+4)位格式(MAX508)傳輸?shù)捷斎爰拇嫫?。所有邏輯信號均為電平觸發(fā)，并與TTL和CMOS兼容。接口時序規(guī)格確保與所有常見μP兼容。\n\n      這些DAC的額定值經(jīng)測試，可采用雙電源  ? 12位電壓輸出\n\n? 內(nèi)部基準電壓源\n\n? 快速微處理器接口\n\n? 12 (MAX507)和8 + 4 (MAX508)數(shù)據(jù)總線寬度\n\n? +12V單電源至±15V雙電源供電\n\n? 20引腳和24引腳DIP以及寬體SO封裝;
