          高速、單電源、四路、SPST模擬開關
          MAX4591/MAX4592/MAX4593均為高速、精密、四通道、單刀單擲(SPST)模擬開關，采用+12V或+15V電源供電。MAX4591具有四個常閉(NC)開關，MAX4592具有四個常開(NO)開關。MAX4593具有兩個NO和兩個NC開關。三款器件均具有較低漏電流（最大值100pA）和快速開關速度（tON < 80ns，tOFF < 45ns）。\n\n      采用+12V電源時，MAX4591/MAX4592/MAX4593可保證1Ω最大通道間匹配、最大導通電阻(RON)為20Ω，指定范圍內最大RON平坦度為1.75Ω。\n\n      采用+15V單電源供電時，這些開關  ? 低導通電阻：16Ω\n? 快速切換時間：tON = 50ns，tOFF = 30ns\n? 保證通道間導通電阻匹配：1Ω（最大值）\n? 信號范圍內保證導通電阻平坦度：1.75（最大值）\n? 保證電荷注入：5pC（最大值）\n? 整個溫度范圍內具有較低漏電流：5nA（最大值，+85°C）\n? ESD > 2000V（方法3015.7）\n? +12V或+15V單電源供電\n? 與DG611/DG612/DG613、DG211/DG212/DG213引腳兼容;
