MAX16180–MAX16183 均為超低電流、單通道監(jiān)控 IC，可監(jiān)控 1.7V 至 4.85V 的 VCC 電壓，電壓增量為 50mV，并在 VCC 電壓降至復位閾值以下時斷言復位。VCC 電壓上升到出廠設置的 VCC_TH + VHYS 以上后，復位輸出在復位超時周期內仍保持有效。有關可用的復位超時選項，請參見數據手冊中的“選型指南”。\n\n MAX16180–MAX16183 包括一個工廠可編程的手動復位輸入 (MR)，可配置為在接收到上升沿、下降沿、低電平有效或高電平有效輸入信號時斷言復位。MAX16180/MAX16181 提供開漏復位輸出，MAX16182/MAX1 ? 240nA 靜態(tài)電流、延長電池壽命\n? 邊沿/電平觸發(fā) MR 輸入\n? 出廠設置復位超時周期\n?
