數(shù)字高精度溫度傳感芯片

M601系列是高精度數(shù)字模擬混合信號溫度傳感芯片，最高測溫精度為±0.1℃或±0.5℃，用戶無需進行校準。\n溫度芯片感溫原理基于CMOS半導體PN節(jié)溫度與帶隙電壓的特性關系，經(jīng)過小信號放大、模數(shù)轉換、數(shù)字校準補償后，數(shù)字總線輸出，具有精度高、一致性好、測溫快、功耗低、可編程配置靈活、壽命長等優(yōu)點。\n溫度芯片內(nèi)置16-bit ADC，分辨率0.004°C，具有-70°C到+150°的超寬工作范圍。芯片有唯一的64位ID序列號，在出廠前經(jīng)過100%的測試校準，根據(jù)溫度誤差特性進行校準系數(shù)的擬合，芯片內(nèi)部自動進行補償計算。為了簡化系統(tǒng)應用，芯片的ID搜索、測溫數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)存訪問、功能配置等均基 - 最高測溫精度：±0.1℃或±0.5℃\n- 測溫范圍：-70°C ~ +150°C\n- 低功耗：測溫平均電流5.2μ[email protected]，1s周期\n- 寬工作電壓范圍：1.8V-5.5V\n- 感溫分辨率：16位輸出，最高分辨率0.004°C\n- 溫度轉換時間可配置：10.5ms/5.5ms/4ms\n- 可配制單次/周期測量\n- 用戶可設置溫度報警\n- 32 bit額外E2PROM空間用于存放用戶信息\n- 每顆芯片有64bit的ID序列號，便于多點組網(wǎng)尋址\n- 標準單總線接口;
