HA1002E型500M高速寬帶運(yùn)算放大器是由深圳市乾鴻微電子有限公司自主設(shè)計(jì)，并基于國內(nèi)代工廠工藝流片的模擬集成電路。該芯片是一款高速電壓反饋CMOS 運(yùn)算放大器，適用于中視頻應(yīng)用和其他需要高帶寬的應(yīng)用場合；CMOS輸入級的高輸入阻抗以及寬帶、低噪聲特性使得該芯片同樣適用作于光敏二極管TIA放大器。此外，該芯片還具備單位增益穩(wěn)定、支持單電源供電及軌到軌輸出等特性。該產(chǎn)品采用塑封SOT23-5或SOP8封裝，工業(yè)級，工作溫度范圍為-40℃~125℃。
