Wolfspeed's CMPA601C025D is a 40W MMIC HPA utilizing Wolfspeed's high performance, 0.25um
GaN on SiC production process. The CMPA601C025D operates from 6-12 GHz and supports both
defense and commercial-related radar and electronic warfare applications. The CMPA601C025D
achieves 40 W of saturated output power with 25 dB of large signal gain and typically 30 power-
added efficiency under CW operation.
The CMPA601C025D provides superior, broadband performance allowing customers to improve
SWaP-C benchmarks in their their next-generation systems.
