1.5A降壓型LED照明驅(qū)動器

BD9207FPS是降壓型開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓器內(nèi)置型LED驅(qū)動器，內(nèi)置了Pch的開關(guān)MOS FET。反饋電壓僅0.2V，可降低LED的感應(yīng)電阻的損耗。以振蕩頻率900KHz的PWM方式動作，可使用比低頻動作的開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓器更小的繞組。
