AD5627R/AD5647R/AD5667R：12/14/16位，1.25 V/2.5 V、5 ppm/°C片內(nèi)基準(zhǔn)電壓源\n\n? AD5627/AD5667：12/16位，只能使用外部基準(zhǔn)電壓源\n\n? 3 mm x 3 mm、LFCSP和10引腳MSOP封裝\n\n? 2.7 V至5.5 V電源供電;
